Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ScreenForge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ScreenForge is a browser-based tool for designing and exporting App Store and Google Play screenshots. A free tier is available, and Pro features (all themes, all device angles, zoom callouts, text overlays, custom fonts, and unlimited projects) are offered as paid plans: a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. See section 3 for billing, subscription, and refund terms.

3. Billing, Subscriptions & Refunds

Pro plans are priced in US dollars as displayed on the pricing page and at checkout. Payments are processed by a third-party payment and billing provider on our behalf. That provider handles payment processing, invoicing, and tax collection for the transaction, and its buyer terms apply to the purchase as presented at checkout.

Monthly and yearly Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from within ScreenForge via Account → Manage subscription, which opens our subscription management portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain Pro access until then.

If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, contact us at support@uedbox.com within 14 days and we will work with you on a refund. Refunds are issued in accordance with the buyer terms presented at checkout.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect the billing period you have already paid for.

4. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to screenshots, images, fonts, and other content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your User Content.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights and complies with applicable App Store and Google Play guidelines.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to access the Service in a way that exceeds reasonable use

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of UEDBOX and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The ScreenForge name and logo are trademarks of UEDBOX.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that screenshots generated by the Service will comply with specific App Store or Google Play requirements. You are responsible for verifying compliance before submission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UEDBOX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Data and Storage

All project data, uploaded files, and editor preferences are stored locally on your device or your self-hosted server. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from browser cache clearing, server failures, or any other cause. We recommend maintaining your own backups.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which UEDBOX is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
